More than just a weight loss program, Weight Watchers provides you with the support, tools, and the most important thing -  a community -  to help you start or maintain healthy eating and an active lifestyle.  Come see why Weight Watchers continues to top the charts for Best Diets in U.S. News and World Report and help us bring back an At Work Meeting Series to UMBC!

•optional buddy system for accountability and support throughout the week.
