Join us the first Friday of each month during free hour as we unplug, recharge, meditate, and reflect in nature through mindful Meditation Hikes on the CERA trail. We will meet promptly at 12 noon at the footbridge across from the Admin Building parking lot and will first pause at CERA pond to set our intentions.
Once on the trail, we will spend our time in silence, allowing for observation of nature and one's mind and body. We will set aside time at the tree clearing along the trail to debrief and share our experience before returning, recharged, to the office, classroom, or lab.
