Stop by the RAC on your lunch break for our first Fitness Basics Workshop of the semester! Change your scenery! Briefly take your mind off of your projects and responsibilities! And come out from behind the desk to stretch your legs! The Fitness Basics Workshop provides a great balance of low-moderate level cardiovascular training, flexibility, muscular strength and muscular endurance. This is a good "starter" workshop. Feel free to stay in your regular work clothes, put on your sneakers and join fellow faculty and staff on the arena track.
