We are so excited to finally release the SUMMER Group Fitness Schedule.

This summer we will be offering 14 classes per week starting May 26th:
Fitness Basics
ABsolution
Circuit Weight Training
Cardio Party
Bootcamp
Cardio Party: Street
Cardio Kickboxing
Pilates
and Yoga


Please welcome Joshua Day and Tiffany Alastanos on board! Joshua will be teaching Fitness Basics this summer and using his physical therapy background to assist in the Restoration Workshop series we will conduct once a month. Tiffany Alastanos is a certified instructor and dancer who will be teaching Pilates with us this summer! Make sure you meet the new teachers!
