Workshop #1 - September 11: Nutrition Basics 

Come learn about the basic knowledge and tools you need to obtain your best, and healthy self. This workshop will discuss macro and micronutrients, how to read nutrition labels, and how to effectively grocery shop to reach your specific goals.

Topics covered: Macros and micros, Essential calories, How to read Food labels, Grocery shopping skills
