Wellness Wednesday - January 8th!

We still have seats available for our January 8th Wellness Wednesday: Bootcamp for All.  Start the new year off right with this fast-paced, high intensity, total body workout that uses a variety of tools to achieve stronger muscles, cardiovascular and respiratory system.
