Wellness Wednesday - May 5th!
We still have seats available for our May 5th Wellness Wednesday: Welcoming Spring.
With the winter behind us and new beginnings being ushered in with Spring, we have an opportunity to reframe our mindset and shift our energy and attitude toward what is blossoming in our lives. Join this Wellness Wednesday session for mindful reflection and practices primed to help you step more fully into Spring.
Please bring a journal, a pen, and an item in nature that speaks to you of new beginnings, rebirth, etc. If your connection allows for it and you can be outside, join us from a favorite spot in nature.
