Join Farrah for Mindful Slow Flow Yoga on Fridays from 4-5pm!

Mindful Slow Flow Yoga is an all levels class featuring shoulder and hip openers, focusing on alignment principles that are combined with a slow flow. Modifications and options for all levels! Class may include any combination of the following: restorative poses, pranayama, and/or meditation.
