Group Fitness Friday 1/27/12

Join us for Group Fitness at the RAC.  Strengthen your heart and your body at 4:00 with Step & Sculpt, and relax, unwind, and build strength with Flow Yoga at 5:00!  Classes are free for all students, faculty, staff, and RAC members.  Sign up for EACH class at the RAC front desk the day of class, 410-455-8888.
