Group Fitness Wednesday 2/01/12

Join us for Group Fitness at the RAC.  Strengthen your core at 4:30 with Ab Crunch, get your body moving in Boot Camp at 5:00, and build strength and endurance with Power Training at 6:00!  Classes are free for all students, faculty, staff, and RAC members.  Sign up for EACH class at the RAC front desk the day of class, 410-455-8888.
