USM MetLife will be hosting a webinar on Thursday, 2/26 to provide employees with a sense of what exacting a Roth retirement account is and if it makes sense for you to set one up.
No matter ones age or career stage, a Roth may be a tax-smart choice for them.
This session will explore:
- The basics of a Roth IRA and 401(k), including conversion-what it means and how it works
- Tax diversification and why it's so important
- Eligibility, contribution, and withdrawal rules
