Employee Engagement
This pair of 1-hour courses on creating engaged employees and work places will give you a snapshot on how engagement just makes good business sense. In the first course, ‘The Benefits and Challenges of Engaging Employees,’ you’ll learn the benefits of having an engaged workforce and be able to define the attributes and actions of engaged employees. You’ll also explore employee motivation and commitment challenges and examines how employee engagement links to the bottom line. The second course on ‘Maintaining an Engaging Organization,’ explains how to identify what does and does not motivate employees and introduces tools you can use to assess levels of motivation. It also shows how you can drive engagement within your organization to create a place where people want to work and provides strategies to help you become a motivating and engaging manager.
