Spring 2015 Group Fitness Schedule

Spring Group Fitness classes begin Monday January 26

Welcome back, start the semester off right with one of our energizing Group Fitness classes.  Choose between dance cardio classes like Zumba, Cardio Party, Step and Sculpt.  Muscle conditioning classes: PiYO , Buns/Thighs, Ab Crunch, Circuit Weight Training, and Kickboxing. For a mid day pickup take our noon time Basic Fitness class.   Or, come to unwind with our various forms of Yoga classes. Just drop in to the RAC to get started.
