Schedule Changes This Week
Our Monday and Friday noon-time classes this week will be a preview of Trap Yoga.
Trap Yoga is traditional asanas and pranayama set to trap music, a type of hip-hop originating from the southern United States.
Come out and get a sneak peak at our new winter offering taught by Jasmine.
Please Note: Fall Group Fitness classes end December 15th. The winter class schedule will begin January 2nd. Schedule will be posted soon!
