UMBC Eats Community Cookbook Recipe of the Week

Asian Salad

Ingredients:
1 head of lettuce, chopped
1 can mandarin oranges rinsed 
sliced chicken
toasted almonds
1 can water chestnuts rinsed
1 can chow mein noodles

Mix all ingredients together and serve. This is also a super easy meal to have if you have unexpected guests. Use your favorite salad dressing.
