UMBC Eats Community Cookbook Recipe of the Week

Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:
1 cup mayo
½ cup sugar
3-4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
4 bunches chopped broccoli
4 scallions, chopped
¾ cup crushed pecans
10 slices crispy bacon, chopped
⅓ cup raisins

Combine 1 cup mayo, ½ cup sugar & 3-4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar. Pour over  remaining ingredients and mix.
