Description
Get a high-intensity total body workout done in 30 minutes with Tabata style training. Tabata is a style of interval training that consists of eight sets of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds. After your 30 minutes of Tabata, you will round out your workout with some toning exercises.
