Description

Try this 30 Day Challenge and get stronger legs in a month!

Follow the attached schedule and work your way up to safely doing 230 squats in one day. Complete the challenge and earn a free UMBC REC T-Shirt!

Register by clicking on the "attending in person" box on this event. 

You can do the squats anywhere, does not have to be in the RAC. Keep a daily tracker of your squats and when you have completed the challenge (or would like more information), email aleab@umbc.edu a copy of your tracker. Extra prize if you submit a video of your training or tag us in a post @umbcrec on Instagram!
