Each week throughout the month of May, get 150 minutes of moderate activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity. If you aren't up for 150 minutes yet that's okay. Start with what you can do and work your way up! Visit https://www.polar.com/blog/running-heart-rate-zones-basics/ to calculate your max heart rate and learn about heart rate zones.
