Description

Stay on track this holiday season with The 12 Day of FITNESS! Each day consists of a different exercise to be completed Tabata style. 

Tabata-Set a clock for 4 minutes. 
Each round is: 
20 seconds of the movement of the day
10 seconds of rest

8 Rounds=4 Minutes

Make sure to warm up for a few minutes prior to the exercise of the day!
