Description
The Annual Open Enrollment Health Benefits Fair will be held on Wednesday, October 10th from 11:00 - 2:00 in the UC Ballroom.
CareFirst, Kaiser, UnitedHealthcare, and all of the State Healthcare Vendors will be onsite along with departmental and community health & wellness partners. In addition, meet our new Life & AD&D vendor MetLife. This event is open to UMBC Faculty & Staff.
Open enrollment runs from October 15 - November 14th, employees will make changes using the IVR. Individual packets are expected to arrive by October 15th and will be distributed by departments. Please see our open enrollment post in myUMBC.
Rates, Wellness information, and the 2019 Benefits Guide are now posted on the HR Website under Benefits Open Enrollment.
Flu shots will be available in the UC Ballroom Lounge and will be administered by UHS for a fee of $20.
