Description

We welcome back Keegan Abernathy, from Maryland University of Integrative Health, to guide us through a journey of mindful eating. Mindful eating is a practice that reconnects us to our body, mind, and food. When eating mindfully, one becomes more aware of bodily cues, flavor, satisfaction, and the joy food brings us. 

During this class, you will have the pleasure of rediscovering food in a deeply nourishing way while gaining insight on the concept of hunger. Join us as we learn to eat chocolate and sip tea mindfully while learning about the practice of mindful eating.
