Description

Yoga for the over-committed professional who doesn’t want to sweat in the middle of the day

And no, you don’t have to be able to touch your toes

Program Overview

Bring your New Year’s resolutions to this eight week-series. Jessica Wyatt will use Pantanjali’s  “Eight Limbs of Yoga” as a guide to support participants in making those resolutions a reality through weaving wellness into their professional and personal development.  This course is designed to be engaging/informative if a participant can attend a few sessions, but ideal if participants commit to all eight sessions.  Please sign up for each session individually to ensure your spot.

In the room and on the mat participants will be lead through a guided reflection session before working through a series of poses with a specific anatomical focus. Each week, this focus directly connects with one of the Eight Limbs.

Between sessions participants will be given a prompt to provide reflection on the previous week, receive information about the theme of the week, participate in movement with a specific anatomy focus, and have the opportunity for written reflection with specific prompts that inform the practice the following week.
