In this new normal, many of us feel as if we were juggling 10,000 things - ourselves and our health, our relationships, our work, and our duties at home - all at the same time. Each day brings with it a flurry of activity and we can struggle to cope with it all. While there is truth to some of our external circumstances being unmanageable, we often create internal suffering with the self-defeating internal narratives that influence our actions and our results. In this hybrid webinar/support session, we will explore:
- the power of mindset and how to create a resilience mindset;
- strategies to help us stay focused, engaged, and connected during COVID-19;
- our own success strategies that have been making a difference; and
- ways to design a customized action plan to support our unique situation.
