Gentle Yoga Session

Description

Love comes in many different forms. Love for others, love for oneself, love for the Earth...Join us for this gentle yoga session where we will explore some heart-opening poses. Hopefully you will leave the session with a little more space to breathe!

All levels and bodies are welcome! Elaine MacDougall teaches in the English department and directs the Writing Center at UMBC. She is a 500hr certified yoga teacher who loves to incorporate poetry into her classes! Hope you can join us.

Participants will receive a link with the credentials for the session 24 hours beforehand.
