Description

As the spring semester ends, let's come together to embrace change, let go of whatever no longer serves us, and look forward to the summer months ahead! 

All levels and bodies are welcome! Elaine MacDougall teaches in the English department and directs the Writing Center at UMBC. She is a 500hr certified yoga teacher who loves to incorporate inspirational readings into her classes. Hope you can practice with us!  

Participants will receive a link with the credentials for the session 24 hours beforehand.
