Gentle Yoga for the Fall Season

Description

Come welcome the transition to fall with this gentle yoga sequence. Let your stress fall away for an hour as you move and breathe at your own pace. All are welcome! 

Elaine MacDougall teaches in the English department and directs the Writing Center at UMBC. She is a 500hr certified yoga teacher who loves to incorporate inspirational readings into her classes. Hope you can practice with us!   

Participants will receive a link with the credentials for the session 24 hours beforehand.
