Description
Come enjoy a gentle yoga practice to help cultivate gratitude and kindness for yourself and others during this season of giving and receiving. Hope you can join us!
Elaine MacDougall teaches in the English department and directs the Writing Center at UMBC. She is a 500hr certified yoga teacher who loves to incorporate inspirational readings into her classes.
Participants will receive a link with the credentials for the session 24 hours beforehand.
